Work Contents and Details

College student on campus employability training and workplace internship program

Through business-school cooperation, focusing on employability, increase and develop students' experience of different business workplaces and the quality of work experience. Preference is given to senior students in college, where internships are not part of the formal curriculum or credit system. Intern receiving organizations are restricted to businesses and NPOs.

Promotion of career guidance work by contracted schools

Through the mechanism of school career development centers, coordinate resources of universities, colleges, and other schools to hold career guidance work and conferences during school holidays

School campus summer vacation community internship plan

NYC offers funding for internship salaries during summer vacation, to encourage college students to take part in local business development plans, experience community work, encourage college students to care for and identify with their community, and increase their motivation to return to their hometowns in the future.

College female student leadership training

Regional leadership training camps organized for female students, in order to raise their leadership capacity and ability to play multiple roles in engagement in public affairs, and furthermore develop the potential of women leaders in the future.

College student workplace experience – RICH internship program

Hand-in-hand project for after-class help – College student guidance of school students

Outsource the work of website redesign, maintenance and management; marketing and promotion; and collection and assessment of internship opportunities.

Joint promotion with the MOE to implement the government policy of caring for the disadvantaged, through publicly funded study assistance, invite college students from economically disadvantaged families, according to their field of study, to give high, junior and elementary school students with economic or learning difficulties guidance in English and mathematics, in order to bridge the study divide.

Enterprise and career lectures

Organize an enterprise and career lecture tour of campuses, with speakers from enterprises to share their knowledge of the labor market, and allow students to have a deeper understanding of, and make plans for, their professional careers.
