2.The purpose
To make youth to start the business more convenient by professional guidance in youth entrepreneurship course; increase the credit guarantee percentage to allow youth to apply for the loan more easily; set up a call service center to allow youth contact more conveniently; establish an advisory team of entrepreneurship counseling for youth to make their business operation more stable.

Youth aged 20 to 45 starting a business for the first time.
